Wet Markets in Mongkok

I just want to share a few photos I took in Mongkok a few months ago .

I hope you enjoy looking at them and 

can feel the wet market atmosphere. 

I like visiting wet markets

 looking, smelling, touching and buying

later turning local produces into delicious dishes

adding the final garnishes

looking, smelling, touching and eating

bôu-jái-faahn* and cassoulets**

* little pot rice 

(will one day post a recipe of it ... when I know better how to cook it right)
